This shirt was so so small, not true to size at all. Tried to contact the company to exchange and no response. Pretty disappointing

Poor customer service

When they finally arrived, the socks seemed nice. However, the customer service is terrible. This was intended as a Christmas gift and arrived in early January. No response to several emails about when they would arrive. No response to request to cancel the order. The chat bot does not work. When I called customer service regarding order the message from area code outside of U.S. was bizarre, something like "the google account you are trying to reach is not available——.” At this point I believed it was a fraudulent website company. If you think you may need customer service, do not order from this company.

Quality of T shirt was low

I liked the design but the T shirt felt like low quality. It was 100% cotton and I knew it would shrink and be too small for me. I gave it to my daughter who also felt it was low quality. I bought a kids T shirt and it was higher quality and my granddaughter loves it.

Empty Envelope

When I received my package in the mail, the envelope was empty! I ordered two notebooks and neither were there. Very disappointed.
