With our quick turnaround time, your product can be fulfilled in as soon 2-7 days after placing an order.

Shortly thereafter your product is shipped out from our warehouse to your location (depending on where in the country), it could take 3 or 4 business days for delivery.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours before appearing while the shipment travels through various facilities and ultimately reaches its destination!

We work with a reliable and high-quality print on demand warehouse partners. They have locations worldwide, so depending where you are located your orders can be printed and shipped from the facility that does it most efficiently!

Print-on-demand promotes sustainability and a reduced carbon footprint. Unlike mass-production, where large quantities of the same product are produced and then shipped to stores all over town for them stock up on your latest must have item. With print on demand (POD) you can make this style only after a customer orders it so there's no waste at all!

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at customerservice@parksandlandmarks.com within a weeks' time with photos of the  damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Since all products are made to order we don’t offer the best returns and exchange policy, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let  us know by contacting us at customerservice@parksandlandmarks.com and we will rectify the issue immediately

Yes, but refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, misprinted items, or damaged items. If any of  these apply, please contact us at customerservice@parksandlandmarks.com with photos of wrong/damaged  items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our  sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.     Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at customerservice@parksandlandmarks.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your  order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund!
