The best time to visit Shenandoah National Park is from May to October when the weather is mild and there are many activities to enjoy. However, the park is open year-round and each season offers its own unique beauty.

Shenandoah National Park is located in the Appalachian Mountains of northwestern Virginia, United States. The park's western boundary is along the Blue Ridge Parkway, while its eastern boundary is the Shenandoah River. Shenandoah National Park covers an area of nearly 200,000 acres and includes parts of eight counties.

There are many activities to enjoy at Shenandoah National Park, including hiking, camping, picnicking, wildlife watching, and more. The park also has a number of scenic drives, including the Skyline Drive which runs the length of the park.
