The best time to visit Crater Lake National Park is during the summer months when the weather is warm and dry. July and August are typically the busiest months at the park, so those looking to avoid crowds may want to plan their trip for another time of year. Fall and spring can also be pleasant times to visit, although snow may still be present at higher elevations.
